Bullfrogs 8, Fast Mamas 6
The Frogs got a win today in Towson. Final score was 8-6 Bullfrogs over Fast Mamas. The game began with typical jitters by both sides as the first several minutes were played between restraining lines as both teams were a bit careless with the ball and pushed the pace a bit. After that things settled down before the Frogs found themselves with a 2 goal lead. Things were tied up at the half with goalies for both teams coming up with some fantastic saves.
Fast Mamas eventually jumped out to a 6-4 lead but the Frogs stayed composed and chipped away at the lead as the D stayed rock solid and did not give up a goal during the majority of the fourth quarter. The offense had a difficult time on extra man situations, not converting on any of their 4 or 5 opportunities but even strength they got the job done. Great win!
