DeWalt defeats Tri-State

For the second year in a row, DeWalt has defeated Tri-State for the American Lacrosse League Championship. It was a low scoring affair this year and the game went into three overtime periods before the champion was determined. The only details I have at this point are quoted below. Congratulations to DeWalt!

From the League office:
"DEWALT 6 - Tri-State 5 in the third overtime period.

Many thanks to Breakaway, Great Atlantic, Commonwealth, Lax.Com/New
Jersey, Tri-State, Lacrosse Unlimited, and Baltimore Malstrom for their
donation of sticks for the ball boys.

A great many thanks to DEWALT for their large donation to Matt's Mission
and purchasing Matt's Mission tee shirts for the entire team.

Congratulations to Dave Pinciaro our Boston area assignor for being names
as an official for the 2006 World Lacrosse Games.
