Owings Mills Sportsplex - Adult Pickup Box Lacrosse
Owings Mills Sportsplex
The Owings Mills Sports Arena has renamed itself to the Owings Mills Sportsplex and is now under new management. Word has it that pick-up Men's box lacrosse may be returning soon. If you are interested, e-mail Steve Cushman and ask him to put you on his e-mail list for "Adult Pickup Box Lacrosse at OMSP". Text of a recent message from him is below:
"Guys,
I have been getting email left and right regarding pickup lax at Owings
Mills Sportsplex (formerly Owings Mills Sports Arena). There has been a
delay in getting a timeslot due to a change in ownership of the arena. The
new management group is working on the soccer league and flag football
league schedules for March/April. Once the league's schedules have been
established, we will be given a weekly timeslot (either a 7 or 8 pm slot).
If all goes well, the pickup games will start the week of March 14 or March
21.
The field fees will be remain at $5 per person and goalie will continue
play for FREE. I will send out another email as soon as I get a timeslot.
