Injured Reserve Update

I finally made it to the physical therapist (the MRI was denied by insurance but that's a long story). After some ultrasound treatment and electrostimulation I was able to begin walking without a pronounced limp for the first time since the injury. The therapist thinks it is a mild strain of the MCL and a mild strain of the hamstring tendons (those thick, rope-like tendons on the backside of your knee).

Baltimore Marathon is definitely not an option. Hopefully cleared for box lacrosse in a week or so.
